 | I was fortunate to spend the last week in the presence of true heroes... Not one or two, but a whole bunch of them (19 to be exact). |
These are all men from the World War II era 517th Parachute Regimental Combat Team that were celebrating thier annual West Coast Reunion in Palm Springs. California.
Each of these men share a unique bond that has connected them for ~65 years that led them through life in the depression, World War, and service to mankind. Each and every one of them are true American heroes and I am very lucky to have had the honor to share time with them.
